Our mission
Prototyping the future of education
We believe the best training methods come from cross-pollination — when professionals from different fields of education meet, challenge each other and build something new together. That's why we created MHI as an incubator: a space where new training concepts are prototyped, piloted with real groups and refined before being scaled through partnerships or EU-funded projects.
How we work
The incubator model
Our core team of senior trainers, coaches, facilitators and gamification experts mentors emerging professionals — university students and recent graduates in pedagogy and related fields. Through this mentoring model, we continuously grow our pool of qualified trainers while ensuring fresh perspectives enter the methodology development process.

Antonín Vacek
Co-founder & Gamification Designer
Studied IT at VŠE Prague. Certified in Gamification (Coursera) and Hero Imagination Project. Erasmus+ project coordinator and PM since 2019, responsible for financing and reporting. Former secondary school IT teacher and board game club leader.
Ivona Ester Kolínská
Coach & Facilitator
Consciousness Coaching® certified, facilitator and soft-skills trainer. Studied French Philology at Charles University. Six years in a US multinational in Romania — team leadership, training, quality management. Leads experiential outdoor courses and individual coaching.
Jiří Bréda
Lecturer & Brain Coach
Certified brain coach (Neuro Leadership Group), certified instructor of experiential education. Co-author of Škola hrou (Pasparta 2023). Key person for gamified trainings. Senior garant on training and coaching methods in Erasmus+ projects.
